Inlet Manifold Installation

1. Install 3 NEW intake manifold gaskets (1).
2. Install the inlet manifold (2).

Note: Do not tighten the intake manifold bolts.

3. Install the 3 intake manifold lower bolts (4).
4. Install the 4 intake manifold upper bolts (3).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




5. Tighten the Intake manifold bolts in sequence as shown to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
