Exhaust Gas Recirculation Pipe Installation

1. Install a NEW exhaust gas recirculation pipe gasket (4).
2. Install the exhaust gas recirculation pipe seal (2).
3. Install the exhaust gas recirculation pipe (3).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

4. Install the 3 exhaust gas recirculation pipe bolts (5) to the intake manifold and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
5. Install the 2 exhaust gas recirculation pipe bolts (1) to the exhaust gas recirculation valve cooler and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
