| • | Inspect for damaged or broken Output Internal Gear. |
| • | Inspect for broken or disengaged Output Internal Gear Retainer Ring. |
| • | Inspect for damaged or broken Input Carrier Thrust Bearing Assembly (568) and Output Carrier Thrust Bearing Assembly (573). |
| • | Inspect for damaged or broken Input Carrier Thrust Bearings (569, 572). |

Control Solenoid (w/Body and TCM) Valve Assembly
| Check that the Manual Valve (432) is engaged with Manual Shift Detent Lever Assembly (609).
