Oil Pan Assemble

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




1. Install the sump drain plug (1) and NEW O-ring seal (2) and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).



2. Install the NEW oil suction pipe O-ring (1).



3. Install the oil suction pipe (2).
4. Install the oil suction pipe bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).



5. Install the oil pan scraper (2).
6. Install the sump scraper bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
