Remove the radiator opening upper cover. Refer to Radiator Opening Upper Cover Replacement : Long Body .

Bonnet Latch Mounting Bolt (Qty: 3)

Caution : Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)

Bonnet Latch Assembly

Procedure

1. Disconnect the remote start electrical connector, if equipped.
2. Disconnect the release cable from the bonnet latch by squeezing the cable retainer.
