Remove rear seat back cushion and cover. Refer to Rear Seat Back Cushion Cover and Pad Replacement : With 60 Percent Seat  → With 40 Percent Seat .

Procedure

Tilt the 40 percent seat forward for access.

Rear Seat Centre Belt Retractor Bolt (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
45 N·m (33 lb ft)
