Crankshaft and Bearing Removal

Note: Check and mark the crankshaft bearing sequence.

1. Remove the 5 crankshaft bearings (4).
2. Remove the crankshaft gear (2).
3. Remove the 3 crankshaft position sensor inner excitor ring bolts (6).
4. Remove the crankshaft position sensor inner excitor ring (5).

Note: Take extreme care to prevent any scratches or damage to the crankshaft.

5. Remove the crankshaft (3).

Note: Check and mark the crankshaft bearing sequence.

6. Install the 5 crankshaft bearings (4) in their original position.
