Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve Installation - With Oil Separator

1. Install the PCV valve assembly (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the PCV valve assembly mounting bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N·m (88.5 lb in).
3. Install the fuel injection fuel return hose . Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Return Hose Installation .
4. Connect the PCV line.
