Crankshaft Pulley Removal

    • EN-50436 Crankshaft Pulley Bolt Remover

  1. Remove the drive belt and crankshaft pulley cover. Refer to Crankshaft Pulley Removal .
  2. Remove the starter and fix the flywheel using EN-50432 flywheel fixing adapter (1).

  3. Use EN-50436 crankshaft pulley bolt remover (1) to remove the crankshaft pulley bolt.

  4. Remove the crankshaft pulley bolt (1) and washer (2).
  5. Remove the crankshaft pulley (3).
