Crankshaft Pulley Removal

Special Tools

    • EN-662-C Bracket
    • CH-161-B Bearing Puller

For equivalent regional tools refer to Special Tools .

  1. Install EN-662-C bracket in order to fix the crankshaft pulley.
  2. Loosen the crankshaft pulley bolt while holding up the crankshaft pulley.
  3. Remove the EN-662-C bracket .
  4. Remove the crankshaft pulley bolt and the crankshaft pulley washer.

  5. Install CH-161-B bearing puller  (2) and detach the crankshaft pulley (1).

  6. Remove the crankshaft pulley (2) and the crankshaft pulley flange (1).
