Crankshaft Pulley Installation

Special Tools

EN-662-C Bracket

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

1. The crankshaft gear key (1) and the notch (2) must align.



2. Install the crankshaft pulley flange (1).
3. Install the crankshaft pulley (2).
4. Install EN-662-C bracket in order to fix the crankshaft pulley.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

5. Install the crankshaft pulley bolt (3) and the washer (4) and tighten to 196 N·m (145 lb ft) while holding up the crankshaft pulley.
6. Remove the EN-662-C bracket .
