Engine Oil Cooler Installation

1. Clean the sealing surface.
2. Install NEW sealrings (2).
3. Install the engine oil cooler along with the oil filter housing (3).
4. Loosely install the oil cooler hollow screw (1).
5. Loosely install the oil cooler bolt (5).
6. Connect the oil filter housing oil return hose to the engine and tighten the clamp (4).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

7. Tighten the oil cooler hollow screw (1) to 110 N·m (81 lb ft).
8. Tighten the oil cooler bolt (5) to 46 N·m (34 lb ft).
