Camshaft Timing Pulley Installation

Special Tools

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

1. Install the camshaft pulley (1).
2. Install the camshaft pulley bolt (3) and the washer (2).



3. Align the notch (2) exactly over the locating stud (1).



4. Install the EN-6347 holding tool  (3) and the EN-956-1 extension  (2) in order to fix the camshaft pulley.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

5. Tighten the camshaft pulley bolt (1) to 111 N·m (82 lb ft) while holding up the camshaft pulley.
