Fuel Injection Pump Drive Pulley Removal

Special Tools

    • EN-6603 Bracket
    • EN-6602 Gear Puller

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

  1. Install EN-6603 bracket  (1) in order to fix the fuel injection pump drive pulley. The bracket must support to the crankshaft pulley as shown (2).
  2. Loosen the fuel injection pump drive pulley nut while holding up the fuel injection pump drive pulley.

  3. Install EN-6602 gear puller  (1) in compound with EN-6603 bracket. . The bracket must support to the crankshaft pulley as shown (2).
  4. Use the gear puller to detach the fuel injection pump drive pulley.

  5. Remove the fuel injection pump drive pulley nut (3).

    6. Note: Mind the cam (1).

  6. Remove the fuel injection pump drive pulley (2).
