Catalytic Converter Heat Shield Removal - 1.7L Diesel LUD, LUE

  1. Remove the 3 catalytic converter heat shield bolts (2).
  2. Unclip the heated oxygen sensor wiring harness plug from the retainer clip.

    3. Note: Guide the heated oxygen sensor wiring harness plug through the catalytic converter heat shield bore (1).

  3. Remove the catalytic converter heat shield (3).
