Exhaust Manifold Assemble - 1.7L Diesel LUD, LUE

1. Install the turbocharger oil return hose (6) and the clamp (7).
2. Install the turbocharger oil feed pipe (4).
3. Install the turbocharger oil feed pipe hollow screw (2). Use 2 NEW seal rings (3).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

4. Tighten the turbocharger oil feed pipe banjo bolt to 21 N·m (16 lb ft).
5. Install the turbocharger to the exhaust manifold (1). Use a NEW gasket.
6. Install the 3 exhaust manifold nuts (5) and tighten in two passes:

Note: Use NEW nuts.

6.1.	First pass in sequence to 24 N·m (18 lb ft).

6.2.	Second pass in sequence to 48 N·m (35 lb ft).
