Exhaust Manifold Removal - 1.7L Diesel LUD, LUE

1. Loosen the turbocharger oil return hose clamp (2).
2. Remove the turbocharger oil feed pipe banjo bolt (4) and the 2 copper seal rings (3) and (5).
3. Remove the turbocharger wastegate actuator vacuum source tube (1) from the turbocharger wastegate vacuum control solenoid valve.



4. Remove the 7 exhaust manifold nuts (4) and the washers (3).
5. Remove the 2 exhaust manifold bolts (5) and the washers (3).
6. Remove the exhaust manifold (2) along with the turbocharger.
7. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket (1).
