Inlet Manifold Disassemble - 1.7L Diesel LUD, LUE

  1. Remove the manifold absolute pressure sensor bolt (2).
  2. Remove the manifold absolute pressure sensor (1) along with the seal ring.
  3. Remove the 2 ECM wiring harness bracket bolts (4) and the ECM wiring harness bracket (3).
  4. Remove the ECM wiring harness clip bracket bolt (5) and the ECM wiring harness clip bracket (6).
  5. Remove the 4 throttle body bolts (9).
  6. Remove the throttle body (8) and the gasket (7).
  7. Remove the inlet manifold gasket (10).
  8. Remove the 2 exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve bolts (11).
  9. Remove the exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve (12) along with the clip bracket (13).
