Inlet Manifold Assemble - 1.7L Diesel LUD, LUE

  1. Install the exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve (12) along with the clip bracket (13).
  2. Install the 2 exhaust gas recirculation vacuum regulator solenoid valve bolts (11) and tighten.
  3. Install the inlet manifold gasket (10).
  4. Install the throttle body (8) and the gasket (7).

    5. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  5. Install the 4 throttle body bolts (9) and tighten to 9 N·m (80 lb in).
  6. Install the ECM wiring harness clip bracket (6) and the ECM wiring harness clip bracket bolt (5) and tighten.
  7. Install the ECM wiring harness bracket (3) and the ECM wiring harness bracket bolts (4) and tighten.
  8. Install the manifold absolute pressure sensor (1) along with the seal ring.
  9. Install the manifold absolute pressure sensor bolt (2) and tighten.
