Timing Belt Tensioner Installation

1. Clean the timing belt tensioner thread.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Caution: Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the timing belt tensioner (2) and tighten the NEW timing belt tensioner bolt (1) to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
