Engine Flywheel Replacement

Special Tools

EN-50432 Adaptor - Flywheel Fixing

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

1. Remove the manual gearbox. Refer to Transmission Replacement .



2. Fix the engine flywheel (1) using EN-50432 fixing tool (2).



3. Remove 6 engine flywheel retaining bolts (2).
4. Remove the engine flywheel (1).

1. Install the engine flywheel (1).

Note: Do not tighten the bolts.

2. Install 6 engine flywheel retaining bolts (2).
3. Fix the engine flywheel using EN-50432 fixing tool .

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

4. Tighten the engine flywheel retaining bolts (2) to 160 N·m (118 lb ft).
5. Remove EN-50432 fixing tool.
6. Install the manual gearbox. Refer to Transmission Replacement .
