Exhaust Particulate Filter Installation

1. Install the exhaust particulate filter (3) with the exhaust particulate filter clamp (1) and a NEW gasket (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the exhaust particulate filter bolts (4) and the exhaust particulate filter nut (5) to the exhaust particulate filter brackets.

•	Tighten the exhaust particulate filter clamp to10 N·m (84 lb in).

•	Tighten the exhaust particulate filter bolts to 22 N·m (16 lb ft).

•	Tighten the exhaust particulate filter nut to28 N·m (21 lb ft).




3. Install both exhaust pressure differential sensor hoses (2) to the exhaust particulate filter pipes.
4. Install both exhaust pressure differential sensor hose clips (1).
