Thermostat Bypass Pipe Installation

1. Install the thermostat bypass pipe (4).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the thermostat bypass pipe retaining bolts (2) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
3. Install the 2 thermostat bypass pipe retaining bolts (3) and tighten to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).
4. Install the 4 clamps (1, 5).
