Coolant Heater Replacement

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
2. Disconnect electrical connection.



3. Remove the engine coolant heater bolt (2) and the engine coolant heater (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




1. Install the engine coolant heater (1) and the engine coolant heater bolt (2) and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
2. Connect electrical connection.
3. Lower the vehicle.
