Throttle Body Assembly Replacement

1. Remove the air cleaner outlet rear duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Rear Duct Replacement .



2. Remove the throttle body wiring harness plug (1).



3. Remove 4 throttle body bolts (3).
4. Remove the throttle body (2).
5. Remove and DISCARD the gasket (1).

1. Install a NEW gasket (1).
2. Install the throttle body (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3. Install 4 throttle body bolts (3), and tighten to 10 N·m (89 lb in).
4. Install the air cleaner outlet rear duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Rear Duct Replacement .
