Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Pipe Installation

1. Install 2 NEW EGR valve pipe gaskets (1).
2. Install the EGR valve pipe (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

3. Install the 2 EGR valve pipe bolts (4) and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
4. Install the 2 EGR valve pipe nuts (3) and tighten to 33 N·m (25 lb ft).
