Camshaft Removal

Note: Take extreme care to prevent any scratches, nicks or damage to the camshafts.

1. Remove the 10 camshaft bearing cap bolts (1, 2).

Note: Mark the camshaft cap position sequence.

2. Remove the camshaft bearing caps (3).
3. Remove the camshaft (4).
