Crankshaft Pulley Replacement

1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .




Note: Counter hold at crankshaft central hexagon bolt.

2. Remove the 4 crankshaft pulley bolts (2).
3. Remove the crankshaft pulley (1).

1. Install the crankshaft pulley (1).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the 6 crankshaft pulley bolts and tighten to 34 N·m (25 lb ft).
3. Install the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
