Inlet Manifold Replacement

1. Remove engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
2. Raise vehicle by its full height. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
3. Remove the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement .
4. Drain the cooling fluid. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
5. Lower the vehicle full height.
6. Remove oil level indicator tube. Refer to Oil Level Indicator and Tube Removal .



7. Remove the 2 radiator surge tank inlet hose bolts (1, 2).
8. Remove the 2 radiator surge tank inlet hose clamps (3, 4).
9. Remove the radiator surge tank inlet hose (5).



10. Remove the coolant temperature sensor wiring harness plug (1).
11. Remove inlet air pressure and temperature sensor wiring harness plug (3).
12. Remove the wiring harness (2).
13. Remove radiator inlet hose clamp (6).
14. Remove radiator inlet hose (7).
15. Remove inlet manifold. Refer to Inlet Manifold Removal .

1. Install the inlet manifold. Refer to Inlet Manifold Installation .



2. Install radiator inlet hose (7).
3. Install radiator inlet hose clamp (6).
4. Install the wiring harness (2).
5. Install inlet air pressure and temperature sensor wiring harness plug (3).
6. Install the coolant temperature sensor wiring harness plug (1).



7. Install the radiator surge tank inlet hose (5).
8. Install the 2 radiator surge tank inlet hose clamps (3, 4).
9. Install the 2 radiator surge tank inlet hose bolts (1, 2).
10. Install oil level indicator tube. Refer to Oil Level Indicator and Tube Installation .
11. Fill in cooling fluid. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
12. Install engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
13. Raise vehicle by its full height.
14. Install the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement .
