Remove the heater and air conditioning evaporator case. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Case Replacement .

Bracket Heater Core Inlet Tube Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

Procedure

DISCARD core tube seal and use NEW only.
