Remove the instrument panel lower trim pad cover. Refer to Instrument Panel Lower Trim Pad Cover Replacement : without Knee Airbag .

Brake Pedal Position Sensor Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
3 N·m (27 lb in)

Brake Pedal Position Sensor

Procedure

1. Disconnect the electrical connector.
2. Calibrate the brake pedal position sensor. Refer to Brake Pedal Position Sensor Calibration .
