Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement — LDE, LFH, LLU, LUJ, LXT, LXV, L2W, 2H0

GE-39400-A Halogen Leak Detector
For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .
Removal Procedure
- Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
- Remove the refrigerant pressure sensor wire harness connector.
- Remove the refrigerant pressure sensor (1).
- Remove and discard the O-ring (2).
Installation Procedure
- Install a new O-ring (2). Refer to Air Conditioning O-Ring Seal Replacement .
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.
- Install the refrigerant pressure sensor (1) and tighten to 6 N·m (53 lb in)..
- Install the refrigerant pressure sensor wire harness connector.
- Leak test the fittings using the GE-39400-A detector.
- Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
