Air Conditioning (A/C) Refrigerant Pressure Sensor Replacement — LDE, LFH, LLU, LUJ, LXT, LXV, L2W, 2H0

Special Tools

GE-39400-A Halogen Leak Detector

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools .

1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
2. Remove the refrigerant pressure sensor wire harness connector.



3. Remove the refrigerant pressure sensor (1).
4. Remove and discard the O-ring (2).

1. Install a new O-ring (2). Refer to Air Conditioning O-Ring Seal Replacement .

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the refrigerant pressure sensor (1) and tighten to 6 N·m (53 lb in)..
3. Install the refrigerant pressure sensor wire harness connector.
4. Leak test the fittings using the GE-39400-A detector.
5. Install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement .
