Vent Valve Lever Replacement — Right Hand Drive

1. Remove the instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement .



2. Remove the air inlet valve actuator gear (1).



3. Disconnect the air inlet valve actuator electrical connector (1).
4. Remove the 2 air inlet valve actuator screws (2).
5. Remove the air inlet valve actuator (3)



6. Remove the air inlet valve and inside air valve control cam (1).



7. Remove the 2 vent valve levers (1).

Note: The vent valve levers have to be fitted to the according vent valve gears in figured position. The air circulation dampers have to be in middle position.

1. Install the 2 vent valve levers (1).




Note: The air inlet valve and inside air valve control cam can only be fitted in one position.

2. Install the air inlet valve and inside air valve control cam (1).



3. Install the air inlet valve actuator (3)..
4. Install the 2 air inlet valve actuator screws (2)
5. Connect the electrical connector (1)



6. Install the air inlet valve actuator gear (1).
7. Install the instrument panel assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement .
