Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the timing belt rear cover. Refer to Timing Belt Rear Cover Replacement .
2. Drain engine coolant. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .

Water Pump Bolt (Qty: 3)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten:
10 N·m (89 lb in)
