Positive Crankcase Ventilation Valve Hose Replacement

Removal Procedure

  1. Open the bonnet.
  2. Remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .
  3. Remove the crankcase ventilation hose clamp (1).
  4. Remove the crankcase ventilation hose clamp (3).
  5. Remove the crankcase ventilation hose (2).

  6. Remove crankcase ventilation hose (3).

Installation Procedure

    2189015
  1. Install crankcase ventilation hose (3).

    2. 2189024
  2. Install the crankcase ventilation hose (2).
  3. Install the crankcase ventilation hose clamp (3).
  4. Install the crankcase ventilation hose clamp (1).
  5. Install the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .
  6. Close the bonnet.
