Air Inlet Valve and Inside Air Valve Control Cam Replacement — Right Hand Drive

1. Remove instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .



2. Remove air inlet valve actuator gear (1).



3. Remove air inlet valve actuator screws (2).
4. Remove air inlet valve actuator (3)



5. Remove air inlet valve and inside air valve control cam (1).

Note: The air inlet valve and inside air valve control cam can only be fitted in one position.

1. Install air inlet valve and inside air valve control cam (1).



2. Install air inlet valve actuator (3).
3. Install air inlet valve actuator screws (2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.




4. Install air inlet valve actuator gear (1).
5. Install instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .
