Preliminary Procedures

1. It is only necessary to lower the headliner. Only perform the steps in the headliner replacement procedure that will lower the headliner enough to gain access to the part. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement : Notchback 69 without Sunroof → Notchback 69 with Sunroof Headlining Trim Panel Replacement.
2. Remove the rear bumper fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement.
3. Remove the body side trim panel. Refer to Body Side Trim Panel Replacement : 4-Door Notchback 69 .

Sunroof Housing Rear Drain Hose

Procedure

Disengage the sunroof drain hose from the attachment clips on the roof rail, the C-pillar, and the rear compartment.
