Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the steering column opening filler. Refer to Steering Column Opening Filler Replacement .
2. Disconnect the temperature control cable from the heater and air conditioning (A/C) control. Refer to Heater and Air Conditioning Control Replacement : Right-Hand Drive → Left-Hand Drive .

Temperature Control Cable

Procedure

1. Disconnect the cable eyelet from the temperature valve link.
2. Disconnect the temperature control cable from the temperature control cable retainer.
