Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the bonnet. Refer to Bonnet Replacement .
2. Remove the appropriate front wing. Refer to Front Wing Replacement .

Bonnet Hinge Bolt (Qty: 2)

Caution : Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Procedure

Mark the location of the hinge to the bonnet and upper rail with a grease pencil to aid in alignment.

Tighten
25 N·m (18 lb ft)
