Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the tailgate trim panel. Refer to Tailgate Trim Panel Replacement : Long Body  → Short Body .
2. Disconnect the rear window wiper control module electrical wiring harness plug from the rear window wiper motor.

Tailgate Harness Electrical Connector

Procedure

Disconnect the tailgate electrical wiring harness plug from the rear window wiper control module.

Rear Window Wiper Control Module

Procedure

1. Disengage the locking tab on the bracket and slide the rear window wiper control module from the bracket.
2. Remove the rear window wiper control module from the rear window wiper motor.
