Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the steering column trim covers. Refer to Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement .
2. Partially lower the steering column. Refer to Steering Column Replacement .

Procedure

1. Disconnect the electrical harness.
2. Disengage the actuator shaft from the ignition lock cylinder housing.
