1. Remove the intake manifold cover. Refer to Inlet Manifold Cover Replacement .
2. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .

Procedure

Disengage tension on the heater outlet hose clip using BO-38185 Hose Clip Pliers
