1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
2. Relieve the fuel system pressure. Refer to Fuel Pressure Relief .

Fuel Cooler Bolt (Qty: 3)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
10 N·m (88 lb in)

Fuel Lines

Procedure

Disconnect the fuel lines from the fuel cooler. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

Fuel Cooler

Procedure

Perform the fuel system priming procedure and inspect for leaks. Refer to Fuel System Priming .
