Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve Installation

1. Install the exhaust gas recirculation valve assembly (2) and new gasket (3).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the exhaust gas recirculation valve assembly retaining bolts (1) and tighten to 25 N·m (18.4 lb ft).
3. Install the fuel injection fuel return hose . Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Return Hose Installation .
