Water Pump Installation

  1. Install the water pump assembly (2).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the water pump assembly mounting bolts (1) and tighten to 25 N·m (18.4 lb ft).

  3. Connect the water pump hose (1).

  1. Install the water pump cover (3) and gasket (4) to water pump housing (5).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the water pump cover retaining bolts (1) and stud (2) and tighten to 8 N·m (70.8 lb in).
