Fuel Injector Installation

    Note: Fuel injector washer should be replace as new one. New fuel injector washer is for aftersales market product and be careful not to slip from fuel injector.

    Note: Fuel injector washer is in 2 types of thickness.

       • LNQ: 3 mm
       • LNP: 2 mm

  1. Install the fuel injector (2).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the fuel injector bracket retaining bolts (1) and tighten to 14 N·m + 110° ± 4° (10.3 lb ft + 110° ± 4°).
  3. Install the fuel injection fuel return hose . Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Return Hose Installation .
  4. Install the fuel injection fuel feed pipe . Refer to Fuel Injection Fuel Feed Pipe Installation .
