Thermostat Bypass Pipe Installation

1. Install the water pump coolant pipe assembly (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the water pump coolant pipe assembly retaining bolts (1) and tighten to 25 N·m (18.4 lb ft).
3. Install the turbocharger oil return pipe. Refer to Turbocharger Oil Return Pipe Installation .
4. Install the DPF. Refer to Exhaust Particulate Filter Installation .
