Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement
2. Remove the drive belt and pulley cover. Refer to Drive Belt and Pulley Cover Replacement .

Procedure

1. Use the EN-44811 tensioner to unload, rotate the drive belt tensioner anticlockwise to release the drive belt tension.
2. Slide the drive belt off of the belt idler pulley.
3. Slowly release the drive belt tensioner.
