Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .
2. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement .

Banjo Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Procedure

Use new sealing washer when installing the banjo bolt.

Tighten
35 N·m (26 lb ft)

Procedure

Use new sealing washer when installing the banjo bolt.

Tighten
35 N·m (26 lb ft)

Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe Bracket Bolt

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)

Turbocharger Oil Feed Pipe

Procedure

1. Disconnect and reposition wiring as necessary.
2. Transfer components as required.
