Heater and Blower and Air Conditioning Control Module Replacement — Right Hand Drive

1. Remove the instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .
2. Remove the floor air outlet duct - left side. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side .




Note: Temperature valve actuator has been removed from illustration for better clearance.

3. Remove the 2 heater and blower and air conditioning control module bolts (1).
4. Remove the heater and blower and air conditioning control module (3).

1. Install the heater and the blower and the air conditioning control module (3).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the 2 heater and the blower and the air conditioning control module bolts (1). Tighten to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).
3. Install the floor air outlet duct - left side. Refer to Floor Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side .
4. Install the instrument panel compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Compartment Replacement .
5. After repairs, refer to Control Module References for programming and set up procedures.
